Shipping & Returns

1. How soon will my order ship?

All orders will ship within two to three business days.

2. Where do you ship?

We are a Canadian based company, and we ship to Canada and Internationally.

3. Do you accept returns?

We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns within 7 days of receiving of product. Please email us for directions on how to proceed with a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

4. How much does shipping cost?

As shipping fees have gone up exponentially this year we have had to increase our shipping fee, thanks so much for understanding! We are able to offer a flat rate fee of $12.00 for items under $60.00 CAD for shipping within Canada and free shipping with any purchase over $60.00 CAD.  You can select this option at checkout.

In the UK and USA we offer a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping, and free shipping for orders over $100.00 Any customs, duties and/or taxes associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
